These terms apply to medirawellness.com and to orders placed through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The Medira member app is a separate application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use the storefront or place an order. This is Medira’s own eligibility rule for how it chooses to operate — it is not a statement that any particular law sets that age for these products. You confirm your age when you order.
You must give accurate information, including a shipping address you can receive mail at, and keep it accurate. Orders are shipped within the United States only.
Products and services are not available everywhere. Availability depends on where you are, on applicable law, and on the requirements described below.
2. This website is information, not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a recommendation for any particular person. Using this site, or submitting an order through it, does not create a patient relationship with Medira or with any healthcare professional.
3. What Medira does, and what it does not
Medira is not a medical practice. Medira does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or independently prescribe medications.
Where a product requires a prescription or a medical evaluation, that service is provided by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional who is independent from Medira. Whether to prescribe, and what to prescribe, is that professional’s decision and theirs alone. Medira does not direct, override, or take part in it.
4. Placing an order is a request
When you submit the order form, you are sending Medira a request. That is all it is. In particular:
- It does not mean the request has been accepted.
- It does not mean anything has been prescribed.
- It does not mean any payment has been made or received.
- It does not guarantee that the product will be fulfilled or shipped.
Every order is reviewed by a person. An order may need further steps before it can proceed — an eligibility review, a medical evaluation by an independent healthcare professional, a valid prescription, or payment. Medira may decline an order, and may cancel one that has already been submitted, including where a requirement is not met, where information appears inaccurate, or where a product is unavailable.
5. Prices and payment
Prices may change. The price shown when you place your order is the price recorded with that order.
This website does not take payment. If your order proceeds, Medira will contact you with payment instructions separately.
Telling Medira that you have sent a payment is not the same as Medira receiving it. Where payment is made by Zelle or a similar transfer, you may report the transfer to Medira, and Medira will then verify it. Payment is treated as made only once Medira has confirmed receipt. Fulfilment does not begin before that confirmation.
6. Availability
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell any particular product to any particular person. Availability varies by product, by your location and applicable law, by the availability of the independent healthcare professionals and pharmacies involved, and by whether the requirements for that product are met. Medira does not guarantee that any product will be available.
7. Compounded medications
Compounded medications, when offered, are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Where a compounded medication is offered, it is prepared and dispensed by the applicable licensed pharmacy, subject to federal and state requirements.
8. Personal use only
Anything you order is for your own lawful use. You may not resell it, distribute it commercially, or order on behalf of someone else without their knowledge. You may not use the site to obtain products in a way that is unlawful where you are.
9. Using the website
The Medira name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to Medira. You may read and share the pages; you may not copy the site or its content for your own commercial use.
Please do not:
- submit orders you do not intend to complete, or orders using someone else’s details;
- try to get around security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions;
- scrape or automate the site in a way that degrades it for other people;
- interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Medira may decline service or restrict access where any of that happens.
10. Emergencies
This site is not monitored for emergencies. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
11. Disclaimers
The website and its general content are provided as they are. Medira works to keep the site accurate and available, but does not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be reachable.
Medira is not responsible for the medical judgment of an independent healthcare professional, or for the dispensing decisions of an independent pharmacy. Those are theirs.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page changes when they do. When you accepted these terms at checkout, the version you accepted was recorded, and that record is not altered when the terms are later updated.
