What we do
We provide product information and help customers navigate access to available products. That means clear descriptions, honest information about what a product is and its regulatory status when applicable, and a plain explanation of what steps may be required before something can be obtained.
What we do not do
Medira is not a medical practice. We do not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or independently prescribe medications. When a product requires a prescription or medical evaluation, those services are provided by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional who is independent from Medira.
We also do not dispense prescription products. Where a product is a prescription compounded medication, it is dispensed through the applicable licensed pharmacy, subject to federal and state requirements.
Why the distinction matters
Plenty of places in this category blur the line between the brand, the prescriber, and the pharmacy. We keep them separate and say which is which, so you know who is responsible for what at every step.
How we talk about products
No miracle claims, no guaranteed outcomes, and no pretending the regulatory picture is simpler than it is. Availability varies by product, individual circumstances, applicable law, and location — and we say so rather than leaving you to find out later.
